Japanese tyre manufacturer Toyo Tires has entered into a partnership with Major League Baseball franchise the Boston Red Sox.
Under the multi-year deal, Toyo Tires will become the official tyre of the Red Sox.
Toyo Tires will benefit from branding placement on signage inside the team’s Fenway Park ballpark.
The company will also promote the partnership through marketing efforts such as dealership and advertising in the New England area, in addition to a national promotion that will begin next month on the team’s official website.
The agreement will mark Toyo Tires’ latest commercial sports venture, with the firm already having deals in place with properties such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship mixed martial arts series and NHL ice hockey franchise the Anaheim Ducks.
