Cycling insurance specialist Velosure has extended its partnership with SweetSpot, organiser of the Tour of Britain cycling event.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Velosure will become the official cycling insurance partner of the Tour of Britain, Pearl Izumi Tour Series, Tour Ride sportives and the new Women’s Tour.
In addition to Velosure branding at SweetSpot events, the company is also backing its Velosure Node4 cycling team, which will be a part of the Pearl Izumi Tour Series this May and June.
The 2014 Tour of Britain starts in Liverpool and runs from September 7-14.
