The French Top 14 rugby union league has renewed its partnership with German consumer goods manufacturer Henkel.
Henkel will remain an official brand of the Top 14 for the remainder of the 2015-16 season, which began in August. The two parties enjoyed a similar relationship during the 2014-15 campaign.
Henkel will support the league through its Rubson, Loctite and Pattex brands of adhesive and will continue to receive in-stadium advertising. In addition, Henkel will have an online presence through the Top 14’s official channels.
Paul Goze, president of the Ligue Nationale de Rugby, the body which operates the top two tiers of rugby union in France, said: “The deal is, above all, proof that our championships, including the Top 14, continue to be more and more attractive.”
The agreement was brokered by the Lagardere Sports agency.
