Automotive parts manufacturer Bridgestone has signed up as a gold partner of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games in Japan.
Under the deal with the Tokyo 2020 organising committee, Bridgestone will have exclusivity in the ‘tyres, seismic isolation bearings and non-motorised bicycles’ category.
The agreement brings the total number of Tokyo 2020 Paralympic partners to 31.
Bridgestone has been a worldwide Olympic partner since 2014. The other top-tier partners for the Tokyo 2020 Games are Coca-Cola, Atos, Dow, GE, McDonald’s, Omega, Panasonic, Procter and Gamble, Samsung, Toyota and Visa.
