Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer has expanded its commercial support of the World Marathon Majors (WMM) series by agreeing a deal to become an official partner of the 2016 London Marathon.
Under the agreement, Tag Heuer will serve as the official timekeeper and watch of next year’s race.
The London Marathon is one of six events that make up the WMM, a series of elite marathon races that also features events in Berlin, Tokyo, Chicago, Boston and New York.
Tag Heuer already serves as the official timekeeper and timepiece of the New York Marathon and has also supported previous editions of the Chicago and Berlin events.
The 2016 London Marathon will take place on April 26.
