Sailing company Sunsail has agreed a two-year deal with Cowes Week Limited to become the official charter sailing partner of the organisation’s 2015 and 2016 showpiece regattas.
Sunsail will provide a fleet of 30 boats available to both private individuals and businesses from its regatta base in Cowes Yacht Haven on the Isle of Wight, which includes a dedicated hospitality area for its clients.
Michelle Warner, sales and marketing director at Cowes Week Limited, said: “Many people have been introduced to our great sport through Sunsail sailing days and we look forward to introducing even more people to sailing and our event through this new relationship. One of the specific initiatives we’re looking forward to developing in partnership with Sunsail and the TUI group of companies is a package that makes entering the event for overseas visitors even easier.”
Cowes Week 2015 takes place from August 8-15.
