Electronics company Sharp will take on naming rights to the South Stand at Stoke City’s bet365 Stadium after the English Premier League football club entered into a partnership with office products specialists Altodigital.
The two-year deal covers the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons and names Altodigital, a Sharp reseller, as an official platinum partner of the club.
Under the agreement, bet365 Stadium’s South Stand will be renamed and will feature Sharp’s logo. The company will also benefit from other branding opportunities.
Tim Hubbard, business development director at Altodigital, said: “With Stoke being a global brand now with strong ties in North America and Asia to complement a longstanding reputation in the UK, they are the perfect choice of partner for a global business like Sharp.”
