Formula One motor-racing team Sauber has entered into a partnership with vehicle customisation services provider Garage Italia.
The Milan-based company will serve as a promotional partner of Sauber, with its logo to appear on the chin of driver Charles Leclerc’s helmet during the 2018 F1 season.
In November, Sauber agreed a multi-year deal with Alfa Romeo for the Italian automotive marque to become the team’s title sponsor from this season.
Lapo Elkann, president and creative director of Garage Italia, said: “Entering the world of Formula One alongside the iconic Alfa Romeo, a brand very dear to my heart, makes me very proud, and thrilled to be part of this journey. I look forward to our collaboration: together we will accomplish many challenging and amazing things.”
The 2018 F1 season gets underway in Melbourne, Australia on the weekend of March 24-25.
