The South African Rugby Union has agreed a five-year extension to its long-running partnership with gaming, hotel and entertainment group Tsogo Sun.
Under the agreement, Tsogo Sun will remain a sponsor of SARU and South Africa’s national team until 2020. The group will continue to provide hospitality services to SARU teams and staff during this period.
Tsogo Sun first teamed up with South African rugby during the 1995 World Cup before agreeing a formal sponsorship deal with SARU a year later.
Neil Fraser, director of sales at Tsogo Sun, said: “Over the years Tsogo Sun hotels, restaurants, venues and entertainment complexes have been integral in supporting both the Springboks, SARU officials and supporters.”
