Japanese imaging and electronics company Ricoh has agreed to become an official partner of the English Premiership rugby union competition.
Under the multi-year partnership, the terms of which were not disclosed, Ricoh will benefit from in-stadium advertising on perimeter boards at all Premiership matches from this weekend and throughout the remainder of the 2014-15 season.
From 2015-16, Ricoh’s branding will feature on stadium screens for every television match official decision. It will also launch regional activations based around each Premiership club.
Dominic Hayes, Premiership Rugby’s commercial director, said: “In recent weeks we have announced new relationships with Trivento Wine and Citizen Watches so we are delighted to welcome another world-class brand into the Premiership Rugby family.”
