RexonaMen extends French Open deal

Unilever-owned deodorant and antiperspirant brand RexonaMen has reached an agreement with the French Tennis Federation (FFT) to continue sponsoring the French Open grand slam tournament.

The new two-year deal covers the 2017 and 2018 editions of the event.

Unilever will continue to have a presence in the tournament village at Roland Garros, where the French Open is staged.

Unilever will also be granted the right to promote the partnership using the Roland Garros brand, while the company will launch its ‘Can Ace Fresh’ product to coincide with this year’s event, which runs from May 22 to June 11.

Players will use Unilever’s products for the duration of the tournament as part of the agreement.

French tennis player Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (pictured) is a brand ambassador for RexonaMen.
