Sportswear company Puma has agreed a new deal with Fortuna Düsseldorf to remain the German football club’s official clothing partner.
The new agreement will run for four years, from 2013-14 to 2016-17.
As an official partner and sponsor, Puma will supply kit to the coaching and playing staff, as well as the youth and amateur teams. It will also produce the club’s official replica jerseys and other merchandise.
Puma, which has been associated with Fortuna for more than 20 years, also has partnerships with fellow German clubs TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, VfB Stuttgart, and Uefa Champions League finalist Borussia Dortmund. It is also the kit supplier for the Austria and Switzerland national sides.
Fortuna is preparing for life in the second tier after suffering relegation from the 1.Bundesliga last season.
