English Premiership rugby union club the Worcester Warriors has entered into a partnership with hired machinery supplier MPlant, while rival team the Bristol Bears has unveiled a raft of kit sponsorship deals for the 2018-19 season.
MPlant will serve as an official partner of the Warriors, with its branding to feature on the sleeve of the team’s kit for the next two seasons.
MPlant is a Worcestershire-based company and its customer base covers its home region as well as Herefordshire, Greater Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Bristol, meanwhile, has announced that Poplar Insulation, BS3 Services, RedRock Consulting, Heat Recruitment and Blackstar Solutions will benefit from exposure on the team’s kit during the 2018-19 season.
Poplar Insulation will continue its relationship with the Bears, with its logo to feature on the back of the team’s home and away shirts. The company’s deal with Bristol Sport also extends to Championship football club Bristol City.
BS3 Services, a mechanical and electrical engineering company, is also returning as a kit sponsor, with its logo to feature on the Bears’ home and away shorts.
RedRock Consulting, Heat Recruitment and Blackstar Solutions are all new sponsors for the 2018-19 season. RedRock’s logo will feature on the collar of the team’s shirts, Heat will receive exposure on the chest area, and Blackstar’s branding will appear on the right sleeve.
The Bears last week announced a record deal for locally-based courier services firm Toogood International to become its main sponsor for at least the 2018-19 season. The upcoming campaign will mark the Bears’ return to the top flight, with the team having won the second-tier Championship in 2017-18.
