Consumer electronics company Philco has agreed a shirt sponsorship deal with Santos, while it has also partnered with fellow Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A football team Paraná.
Philco’s one-year deal with Santos runs until April 2019 and grants it brand exposure on the back of the club’s shirts.
Philco’s partnership with newly-promoted Paraná covers the remainder of the 2018 season, with the company’s logo to feature on the sleeves of the club’s shirts.
Paraná’s vice-president and chief marketing officer, Christian Knaut, said: “This is an important partnership for the club, which is recovering its place among the greats of Brazilian football. That is why having a company so highly regarded by us is a source of pride. We are bringing, I am sure, not just a sponsor, but a partner for future action with our partners. I think we can work side by side for a long time.”
