Mobile phone network Orange will serve as a sponsor of the International Basketball Federation’s (Fiba) 27th African Basketball Championship.
The event, known as Afrobasket, will take place in the Ivory Coast, from August 20-31.
Orange struck the deal with the competition’s organising committee, and the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
