New Zealand drinks brand Woodstock Bourbon & Cola has struck a deal to become a major sponsor of Auckland-based NRL rugby league franchise the Warriors.
The deal will run for three years, from the 2015 season until 2017.
Under the deal, the Woodstock logo will appear on the jersey sleeves of all Warriors players, while the firm’s Wild Buck Ale brand will be placed on the jersey sleeves of the franchise’s New South Wales Cup team.
The deal will also include various ticketing, signage, player access and merchandise benefits, while Woodstock will be able to offer customers the chance to win Warriors behind-the-scenes experiences.
In addition, Woodstock will acquire the pourage rights at 11 Warriors matches at the franchise’s Mount Smart Stadium.
