US sportswear firm Nike has sealed a six-year deal to become the official apparel sponsor of the Football Association of Norway (NFF).
The agreement is effective from January 2015 and runs until 2021, with an option to extend further.
Nike will produce all playing and training kit for Norway’s national team, along with off-pitch products for players and fans.
Kjetil Siem, chief executive of the NFF, said: “Nike’s expertise provides a perfect fit with our ambitions for Norwegian football and will support the national federation at every level of the game. We are very excited about our future together. This is the most extensive commercial partnership we have ever had with a kit supplier.”
Norway began its qualification campaign for Uefa Euro 2016 with a 2-0 defeat at home to Italy this week.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
