British Basketball League team the Newcastle Eagles has extended its partnership with construction company Esh Group, its main sponsor.
The new three-year deal will cover the 2016-17 to 2018-19 seasons.
As part of the agreement, Esh Group’s branding will continue to feature on the front of the Eagles’ playing jerseys.
The upcoming 2016-17 season will mark Esh Group’s seventh season as a partner of the Eagles. In 2013, the team underwent a rebrand and officially changed its named to the Esh Group Eagles Newcastle.
“Continuing our partnership with Esh Group is really important,” Eagles managing director Paul Blake said. “During the last five years they’ve been incredibly supportive of our team and our business, and it’s exciting to continue that work.
“Esh Group has been at the heart of our grassroots community activity and the growth of the Eagles brand.”
Newcastle begins the new season with an away game at Cheshire Phoenix on September 25.
