Property development firm Migaa has teamed up with Kenya’s national rugby union team in a two-year sponsorship agreement worth Ksh15m ($174,419/€133,803).
Under the deal, confirmed at the Rugby Football Union of East Africa Ground on Friday, Migaa’s branding will appear on Kenya’s playing shorts.
Kenya’s team, currently ranked fifth in Africa and 37th globally, takes part in the Confederation of African Rugby’s Division 1A Championship in Madagascar this week.
It faces Uganda in a semi-final on Wednesday, where victory would set up a clash with Zimbabwe or the hosts while keeping its 2015 Rugby World Cup qualification hopes alive.
