Formula One motor-racing team Mercedes has entered into a partnership with Police, the lifestyle brand of eyewear manufacturer Group De Rigo.
Police will serve as an official supplier to the team as part of the deal, the length of which was not disclosed.
Police sunglasses and optical frames will be worn by Mercedes drivers Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas and the rest of the team. The company’s logo will also be visible on the helmets of both drivers and in the team’s garage.
The partnership will be complemented by the upcoming launch of an eyewear collection designed in collaboration with Hamilton.
