Online gaming company Interwetten has agreed to become a sponsor of the Lotus Formula One motor racing team for the German and Hungarian Grands Prix.
The deal will see Interwetten branding appear on the sidepod of Lotus’ cars during both races.
This weekend’s German Grand Prix at the Hockenheimring and the Hungarian Grand Prix at the Hungaroring next week will be the final races before F1 enters its summer shutdown period.
Lotus is currently eighth in the 2014 Formula One constructors’ championship having accumulated only eight points from nine races. All points have been secured by French driver Romain Grosjean, with teammate Venezuelan Pastor Maldonado yet to score this season.
