English rugby union club Leicester Tigers has teamed up with Cat Footwear in a partnership deal.
Specific details of the deal were not disclosed, but the deal will see Cat Footwear support the top-tier Premiership side throughout the upcoming 2015-16 season.
The two parties have an already-established relationship, which stretches back to 2008, when Cat Footwear’s parent company, Caterpillar, teamed up with the Tigers. The brand already receives exposure on the front of the players' jerseys.
The announcement comes days before the Rugby World Cup begins in England on Friday, with the host nation taking on Fiji.
The Premiership starts next month, with Leicester beginning their season with an away fixture at London Irish. The Tigers, coached by former player Richard Cockerill, finished third in the 2014-15 season.
