Virtus Pallacanestro Bologna has agreed a main sponsorship deal with coffee brand Segafredo Zanetti, while its fellow Italian Lega Basket basketball team Juvecaserta has renewed partnerships with pasta products manufacturer Pasta Reggia and water brand Ferrarelle.
Segafredo becomes the main and title sponsor of Bologna, which will now officially be known as Virtus Segafredo Bologna. The company’s branding will also feature on the club’s playing jerseys as part of the deal, the length of which was not disclosed.
Pasta Reggia and Ferrarelle have each signed new one-year deals with Juvecaserta covering the 2016-17 season. Both will serve as main sponsors and have their branding feature on Juvecaserta’s jerseys, while Ferrarelle will also become an official supplier of the club.
