Pakistan Super League Twenty20 cricket franchise the Lahore Qalandars has unveiled technology company DWP Group as its new title sponsor.
The agreement covers the 2018 edition of the PSL, which got underway yesterday (Thursday). The Qalandars’ campaign begins later today against the Multan Sultans.
The Qalandars’ team includes New Zealand batsman Brendon McCullum (pictured), who is captaining the franchise.
The team’s chief executive, Atif Rana, said: “It is a matter of great pride for us that DWP is partnering with Lahore Qalandars for the third season of PSL. We hope we can continue to work together in the future for the development of cricket in Pakistan.”
