The WWE wrestling organisation has today (Monday) appointed Lagardère Sports as its international sponsorship sales agency.
Under the agreement, Lagardère Sports will be responsible for developing WWE’s partnership portfolio in all international regions, with the exception of China.
The agency will also provide global sponsorship support, analysis and a custom international sponsorship sales approach, as well as lead on-the-ground sales efforts.
“WWE is a premier entertainment property that connects with a massive global fan base through exciting live events, and a variety of interactive and engaging content,” Andrew Pierce, Lagardère Sports president and chief executive for the Americas, said.
“This is an exciting opportunity for us to work collaboratively with a leading property, tap into our extensive network, and create robust brand partnerships to further their global business.”
