Spanish Liga football team Elche has agreed a three-year kit deal with sportswear manufacturer Kelme.
As Elche’s official sponsor of technical clothing and equipment, the Spanish firm will supply playing and training apparel to the club from July 1 until the end of the 2016-17 season.
The deal comes as a boost to Kelme after Elche’s La Liga counterpart Levante this week announced US giant Nike would replace the Spanish brand as its kit provider.
Elche avoided relegation from La Liga by finishing 16th in 2013-14. The financial terms of the agreement between Elche and Kelme, which replaces Italian company Acerbis, were undisclosed.
