Italian Serie A football club Juventus has signed a new three-year sponsorship deal with Korean electronics giant Samsung.
Under the terms of the deal, the Serie A champion will be provided with a host of state-of-the-art equipment, installing televisions, plasma screens and a 16-screen ultra HD video wall at Juventus Stadium and Juventus Training Center.
In addition, Juventus College students will have tablets, notebooks and interactive whiteboards made available to them in the classroom as they combine their academic studies with sporting activity.
The partnership will also be extended to the club’s medical department, which will be able to take advantage of the latest hi-tech equipment developed by Samsung.
Samsung already enjoys deals with the likes of Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Olympiacos and Real Madrid. It will join Juventus’ secondary sponsor tier alongside TIM, Bwin, EnergyTI, Trussardi, Veneto Banca, Hanwha and Balocco.
