The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has claimed a win in its legal battle with the Sport Promotion agency after a judge opted to reverse a decision from earlier this week which stated that the governing body must fulfil the terms of its contract with the firm.
On Tuesday, the CBF was ordered by a judge in Rio de Janeiro to adhere to its deal with Sport Promotion following a request from the CBF to terminate the agreement.
