Spanish sportswear company Joma has agreed a deal to supply clothing for this year’s summer Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Joma will produce uniforms for personnel, volunteers and technical officials during the Games, which run from October 6-18. The uniform will comprise a hat, polo shirt, trousers, sweatshirt, rain jacket, eco-friendly backpack and a rain poncho.
Around 15,000 special outfits will be created, with clothing to be based on the visual identity and values of the event.
Joma will provide 100,000 items in total, including a special piece of clothing for the torch bearers during the Youth Olympic Flame relay.
The partnership officially designates Joma as a bronze category sponsor of Buenos Aires 2018.
