The Chengdu Organising Committee for the 31st summer Universiade has launched its global marketing programme for the 2021 event, signing Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as its first sponsor.
ICBC will serve as a top-tier official partner of the multi-sport event, which was awarded to the Chinese city by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) in March.
ICBC has also been appointed as the exclusive partner of the Universiade in the banking category.
The 2021 summer Universiade will take place from August 8-19, with the organising committee now seeking sponsorship proposals from partners across the globe.
