The Hockey Australia national governing body has extended its partnership with artificial grass manufacturer Tiger Turf.
The new three-year deal will run until 2020.
Under the agreement, Tiger Turf will have a presence at international matches hosted by Hockey Australia, with mini pitches to be included for junior participation.
The first event covered by the new agreement will be the International Festival of Hockey in Melbourne from November 23-30.
Tiger Turf’s branding will also feature on the back of the playing jerseys of Australia’s men’s and women’s teams for the upcoming trans-Tasman Trophy in New Zealand and the International Festival of Hockey.
In addition, Tiger Turf will work with Hockey Australia’s Hookin2Hockey (Hin2H) junior development programme using the network of schools that require multi-surface pitches.
