UK department store chain John Lewis has been named as the official department store provider of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Under the agreement, John Lewis will provide bedding and white goods for the athletes’ village at the multi-sport event in Scotland.
Glasgow 2014 merchandise is available to buy through John Lewis’ online store and dedicated Commonwealth Games shops will open within its Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen locations later this year.
John Lewis’ sponsorship of Glasgow 2014 builds upon the success of a similar partnership with the London 2012 Olympic Games. Additionally, selected members of the “my John Lewis” customer programme will have the chance to secure Commonwealth Games tickets.
