German Bundesliga football club Hertha Berlin has agreed a one-year sponsorship deal with the Germania airline.
Germania had been engaged in a marketing relationship with Hertha during the 2013-14 season, but has now stepped up to become an official partner of the club in 2014-15.
The Germania brand will be on display during Hertha’s home games at the Olympiastadion via video boards, as well as receiving further exposure through online channels.
The new agreement ties in with the expansion of Germania’s service at Berlin’s Schönefeld Airport.
Hertha finished 11th in the 2013-14 Bundesliga table having secured promotion from the 2.Bundesliga in the previous campaign.
