The German Handball Federation (DHB) has entered into partnerships with car care products brand Nigrin and electrical systems provider Albrecht Jung.
Nigrin has agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal, which will run until the end of 2019. The agreement names the company a premium partner of the German men’s national team.
Nigrin will receive perimeter LED advertising during games and its branding will also feature on the team’s jerseys and presentation jackets, as well as on the polo shirts of the team’s coaches.
In addition, Nigrin will be promoted in official match day programmes, while localised promotional activities will be organised. The company’s products will also be used to provide clean playing surfaces during games.
Meanwhile, Albrecht Jung’s two-and-a-half-year deal will run until the end of 2018. Like Nigrin, Albrecht Jung will receive promotion via LED advertising and match day programme exposure.
The company will have a presence on the DHB’s social media channels, while it has also been named the jersey sponsor of Germany’s men’s youth team. Under the agreement, Albrecht Jung’s branding will feature on the front of the jerseys of the team’s players and coaches.
Both partnerships were brokered by the Lagardère Sports agency.
