Italian Serie A football club Genoa has agreed a shirt sponsorship deal with pharmaceuticals company Sanofi.
Under the agreement, the branding of Sanofi’s Syneasy and Zentiva brands will feature on Genoa’s home and away jerseys, respectively. The deal covers the remainder of the 2016-17 season.
Syneasy’s branding will feature on the right chest area of Genoa’s home shirts, while Zentiva’s logo will be visible on the stomach area of the team’s away jerseys.
The agreement has been forged with a view to a long-term deal and commenced with Genoa’s 4-3 home defeat to Palermo yesterday (Sunday).
