NFL American football franchise the Seattle Seahawks has agreed a multi-year partnership with financial services group American Express.
The deal aims to reward Seahawks fans, also known as the 12s, by providing them with unique opportunities and experiences.
Such experiences include pre-game fan events near the Seahawks’ home arena CenturyLink Field, meet-and-greets, and giveaways. Exclusive club merchandise will also be available to American Express cardholders.
American Express will work with local merchants as well as the club itself to enhance the fan experience provided by the Seahawks.
Anré Williams, president of global merchant services at American Express, said: “The 12s are some of the most passionate and loudest football fans in the country.
“Working with the Seahawks and Seattle-area merchants, we have a unique opportunity to embrace that fandom.”
