Etihad Airways has extended its title sponsorship of the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
The length of the deal was not disclosed, but the airline has been the title sponsor of the race since 2009.
The agreement was announced this (Monday) morning, the day after the Abu Dhabi grand prix brought the curtain down on the 2014 F1 campaign.
The partnership extension was finalised between James Hogan, Etihad Airways’ president and chief executive, and F1 chief executive Bernie Ecclestone.
The race attracts a global audience of more than 500 million viewers.
