The Welsh Rugby Union has reached a three-year agreement to make cosmetics brand Dove Men+Care a principle partner until 2016.
Under the seven-figure deal, Dove secures the title sponsorship for Wales’ autumn fixtures for the next two seasons along with warm-up matches played at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium ahead of the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
In this November’s Dove Men Series, Warren Gatland’s side take on South Africa, Argentina, Tonga and Australia.
Dove and the WRU have worked together in the past, with sponsorship agreements for Wales’ 2011 encounter with Australia and warm-up matches for the World Cup earlier that year, but this is the first time the two parties have joined forces on a long-term basis.
As a principal partner of the WRU, Dove Men+Care join Admiral and Under Armour and also a raft of international organisations as sponsors. These include Heineken, Brains, NatWest, Guinness, Principality and Swalec.
