Swiss insurance company Zurich has signed an expanded multi-year partnership with the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB).
The terms of the agreement under which Zurich becomes an official Olympic partner of the DOSB were not disclosed.
Zurich first partnered with the DOSB ahead of the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and has provided insurance protection for Germany’s athletes and officials at all subsequent summer and winter Games.
The new deal means Zurich joins sportswear giant Adidas, automotive manufacturer Audi and savings bank Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe in the top tier of DOSB partners.
