Doosan adds NLDS sponsorship to MLB deal

Korean conglomerate Doosan, an official partner of North America’s Major League Baseball, has been unveiled as the presenting sponsor of the 2018 National League Division Series.

Doosan had a similar role with the American League Division Series in 2017, and the NLDS agreement marks the second year of the company’s post-season involvement with MLB.

As part of the deal, Doosan will receive significant exposure across national broadcast and MLB-owned channels, as well as in-stadium brand integration throughout the NLDS.

Doosan will also work with MLB to create custom features for MLB Network and league digital channels, while baseball fans will be given exclusive access to select NLDS batting practices and press conferences in real-time through Facebook Live.

Doosan has been an official partner of MLB since September 2017. Its agreement with the league runs until the end of the 2020 campaign.
