Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A football club Corinthians has renewed its kit supplier partnership with US sportswear company Nike and extended a shirt sponsorship deal with English-language school Minds Idiomas.
The Máquina do Esporte website reported that Corinthians’ new deal with Nike will run until 2029, taking the two parties’ relationship to 26 years. The previous agreement was due to run until 2025.
Minds’ branding will continue to appear on the sleeve of Corinthians’ shirts during the 2018 season as part of its extended agreement with the club.
Minds will also benefit from exposure across Corinthians TV and the club's social media channels.
Minds first partnered with the club in January and is the first of the club’s current shirt sponsors to commit for 2018.
“Having once more an educational institution, an education partner, on our shirt is very positive,” Vinicius Azevedo, Corinthians marketing manager, said. “We continue to work hard to renew the other sponsors and also announce new partners for the 2018 season.”
