Corinthians add latest shirt sponsor

Campeonato Brasileiro Série A football club Corinthians has signed its second shirt sponsorship deal in the space of a week.

The two-season agreement with Joli Materiais de Construção will run across the 2019 and 2020 campaigns. The building materials supplier will receive branding on the back of Corinthians’ shirt.

The deal comes after Corinthians last week unveiled financial services company Banco BMG as its new main sponsor. BMG’s branding will appear on the front of the São Paulo-based club’s shirts as part of the agreement.

Luís Paulo Rosenberg, Corinthians marketing director, said: “The beginning of 2019, with the announcement of new sponsors and the renewal of others, is the result of work that we have been developing since the beginning of the current management.

“We will continue working to generate more revenue and make Corinthians even stronger.”
