Organic food and drink producer Clif Bar has entered into a partnership with the US Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA).
The deal names Clif Bar as the official energy food of the US Ski Team, US Snowboarding and US Freeskiing arms of the USSA.
The three-year agreement will cover the 2016-17 to 2018-19 seasons.
As part of the deal, Clif Bar will provide its energy food, bars and chews to USSA athletes. The company will also provide product samples during events and receive on-hill branding exposure.
Clif Bar will have a presence at such events as the US Alpine Championships, as well as freestyle competitions in Lake Placid and Steamboat Springs.
