Australian A-League football club the Central Coast Mariners has agreed new partnerships with Universal LED and Aon Risk Solutions.
Lighting company Universal LED will serve as the Mariners’ new front-of-shorts partner for the remainder of the 2015-16 A-League season, which began last week.
As part of the deal, the Mariners and Universal LED will work together on initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of companies and businesses in the Central Coast region.
Universal LED will also provide state-of-the-art energy and lighting services at the Mariners Centre of Excellence, the club’s new training facility and headquarters that is currently under construction.
Mariners chief executive Shaun Mielekamp said: “This partnership will benefit more than just the Mariners with every business based in the Centre of Excellence provided with economical and energy-efficient lighting that will reduce their overheads and allow business to thrive.”
The Mariners have also teamed up with Aon Risk Solutions, the global risk management business. The two parties have agreed a three-year deal, which will culminate in the 2017-18 A-League season. As part of the agreement, Aon will provide Mariners’ ball-boys and girls and mascots with Aon-branded kits on matchdays.
