The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) has confirmed a sponsorship deal with Cimed, a pharmaceuticals company.
The length of the agreement was not disclosed, but the deal will be activated with the Brazil national team’s game against Uruguay this Friday.
Under the deal, Cimed branding will be visible on advertising hoardings and on interview panels at Brazil men’s and women’s matches.
Cimed becomes the CBF’s 11th sponsor.
The deal had been reported in the Brazilian media earlier this month, but the agreement was only confirmed by the CBF over the weekend.
