Casumo seeks to promote UK sports betting launch with Reading deal

English Championship football club Reading has signed Maltese headquartered online casino operator Casumo as its new main sponsor.

The two-season deal will result in Casumo’s brand being displayed on the front of the Berkshire club’s first team and adult replica shirts until the summer of 2021.

Casumo has recently released its sports betting product in select markets and aims to make it available to UK players in the coming months.

Reading’s head of sales and partnerships, Tim Kilpatrick, said: “We’ve been impressed by Casumo’s imagination and desire to immerse themselves into our club, culture and fanbase.

“We look forward to collaborating throughout the next two years and providing a powerful platform for Casumo to achieve their own, ambitious marketing objectives.”
