Sportswear company Canterbury of New Zealand has signed an extended three year kit deal with Auckland-based NRL rugby league franchise the Warriors.
The renewed agreement, the financial terms of which were not disclosed, runs until the end of the 2017 NRL campaign and will take Canterbury’s association with the Warriors to nine seasons.
Warriors chief executive Wayne Scurrah said: “Our partnership with Canterbury of New Zealand has been a fantastic success on every level. They’ve set the standard with our designs and have made our jerseys the most popular by far, not just in the NRL but among all sports in Australasia.”
Canterbury’s 2015 range for the Warriors features an updated home and away playing kit for each of the club’s three teams, along with a special edition NRL Auckland Nines kit, training wear for the NRL trials and playing squad and a casual range for team travel.
