UK charity Macmillan Cancer Support has agreed to become the title sponsor of the 2014 Brownlee Tri, a triathlon series launched in partnership with Olympic medallists Alistair and Jonny Brownlee.
Macmillan struck the deal with the Professional Sports Group marketing consultancy.
The Brownlee Tri, which was launched last year, has been split into two events in 2014 and will be known as the Macmillan Brownlee Tri under the terms of the sponsorship deal.
In addition, Macmillan said that all competitors will raise money for the charity.
The first Macmillan Brownlee Tri event will take place on June 15 at Petworth House and Park in West Sussex, with the second event to follow on September 21 at Harewood House in Yorkshire.
