English Premier League football club Brighton & Hove Albion has named sports fashion retailer JD as its sleeve sponsor for the 2017-18 season.
JD’s branding will feature on the left arm of Brighton’s shirts.
The agreement begins with the club’s home game against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
Brighton chief executive Paul Barber said: “JD is an instantly recognisable brand amongst football fans and we are looking forward to seeing their logo on our shirts for the first time this Saturday.
“They join our list of high-profile partners at the club, and we are excited to be working with them over the coming season.”
Premier League club and league representatives agreed to allow sleeve sponsors starting from the 2017-18 season in November 2016. The Premier League badge will continue to be displayed on the right sleeve of clubs’ shirts.
