Italian natural gas and electricity retailer Illumia has extended its sponsorship deal with Bologna, which plays in the country’s Serie A top-tier club football competition.
The one-season agreement will run for the duration of the 2016-17 campaign.
Illumia will continue to benefit from branding placement on the lower back of Bologna’s playing shirts.
In addition, as part of a supporter initiative marking the extension, players will wear shirts featuring the words ‘You are our energy’ during Bologna’s final game of the season against AC Milan tomorrow (Saturday).
